Jarman CEO, Ruth Jarman, was honored to have the opportunity to give a presentation about the importance of diversity and inclusion, remote work, challenges for women in the workplace, Japan’s globalization and her personal career on October 3, at the Kyocera Head Office in Kyoto.
The BunkaKoen (文化講演) is an annual Kyocera event, and this year it was conducted online for the first time ever. Ruth went to Kyoto in advance to tour the library and gallery at Kyocera headquarters and was excited to learn more about the Kyocera philosophy instituted by founder Dr. Kazuo Inamori. Jarman International hopes to continue supporting Kyocera’s success far into the future.
