Not only does John interview the Director of the Learning Center, he also directly experiences typhoons/rainstorms and earthquakes through simulators to reinforce just how powerful they can be, as well as remind us of some useful knowledge on ways we can prepare.

John also experiences the exact patterns of the Great East Japan Earthquake through the simulator, which devastated the Tohoku region in the north of Japan, especially with its ensuing tsunami. John shares some of his reflections and thoughts as we pass the 10th-year mark since the earthquake hit the country.
