It was such an incredible experience to dine at “Gu-O”, a concept restaurant produced by the creators of Chinese Cuisine: Ginza Aster that intermixes Chinese cooking techniques with Japanese ingredients. Every dish was so elegantly plated, bursting with color, flavor and personality. The dining experience was also enhanced by the amazing view overlooking the INFAMOUS Shibuya crossing from the 12th floor of the newly opened Shibuya Scramble Square. Definitely recommend a visit!!
