May I know of the hidden treasures in Hokkaido that I can add to my itinerary?

I will be traveling with my mother so preferably not too much outdoor activities or tedious hiking. And we will be flying by domestic flight from Tokyo. So perhaps, it will make more sense to fly in to 1 airport and leave from another airport (depending on route)

We have interested in food, nature and a little shopping.
